ff before 15 mins
why do we have to wait 15 mins to ff if every person on your team agrees to the ff vote you should be able to ff at anytime theres no point in not allowing ff votes before 15 mins.

I think they should implement a system whereby if it detects your team being stomped. You can leave at any time without consequences. I think this will go a very long way towards improving the game.
Players like you are why games that could be turned around are often lost tbh.
