remove jaxs click on stun

can you guys remove jax click on stun thats up every 3 seconds i dont think its fair that he can ignore all auto attacks and then click on stun you with basically no cooldown. theres really not much counter play to a jax thats not inting. you know what maybe just remove that toxic champ along with pyke and akali would make the game alot more fun
