can you tell me how a champion that builds full tank does more dmg then an 11/0 adc ? and could you also tell me how to kill a champion that damages you more for attacking him then you do to him?

Rammus does more damage than the 11/0 ADC because he's designed to counter autos.

Beat him by having an early lifesteal item and getting Lord Dominik's. You can also have someone like Malzahar handle him, since he does DPS without autoing.

You can also just gang up on him.

because the entire purpose of his existence is to make those ADCs kill themselves with their own strength?

Oh geez i dunno. Maybe because he is designed to heavily counter aa based champs?

I think Rammus is OK.

I get why he counters auto reliant champions, but why is he effective to lets say a lux (pre AS buff) she takes 70% of her health from rammus alone when he does his combo on her?

real question is, why does ccing rammus while in powerball end the effect? it was never a channeled ability before the update he got, and he's not even channeling, he's literally accelerating as he moves.

you have to beat rammus by fighting as a team

he's a tank, but he's a very very kitable tank especially since his built in thornmail cripples his movespeed.

This means having a well rounded enough team comp with an established frontline to bodyblock his powerball. And also not feeding him to the point where he becomes unstoppable. The not feeding him part is totally do-able, he's not an aggressive champion and the only way he's going to kill you or get snowballing is if you make mistakes like overextending or overstaying.
