Darius, should he be nerfed?

I personally think that Darius is way too overpowered in ranked solo queue. I main top lane and 7 of my champions get countered by him early game. Every time I go for a cs he just auto attacks me, slows me or grabs me. As a tank main, I cannot do anything against him. He wins every single trade, and his ultimate half health me under turret. I would understand if Darius was a squishy and only builds for damage, but he goes for cloth armor and boost with a doran`s shield to start off. He can easily tank 5 turret hit and go away with half hp after diving a full health Shen. Should something be done to him???

darius is intended to beat up tanks, and shen hardly struggles in the matchup when played well

he doesn't need nerfs, you just gotta grind the matchup more

why do you want to try to fight a lane bully as a tank ?

youre a tank ... farm... get your tank items and play the team game

most tanks will flat out scale him later in game if he dont snowball

i played this lane so many times and im a maokai main... i can count on a single hand how many times i flat out lose the lane vs darius. ( i know all must of been bad trash darius players, and maokai is op broken right? ) ne ways

what i do is rush HP in this lane... he is gonna shred your armor any ways and he does true damage with ult so armor no good here. farm what you can, if he tries to engage you , use your disengage ability. and continue to farm. bait out his Q know the range of it. as in any lane dont over extend the further you are away from your turret the more space he has to get his stacks on you to amp his damage and to kill you.

so getting early boots help to so you can move out of his q range and his hook

he should just get a rework, if you're not 1 of the few melee who can beat him all you can do is stay out of his range, always, else you die.

Darius sucks tbh, he gets outscaled by almost anything. You can even toss him a few kills, but as long as you get your farm, and keep up in levels, you will outscale him. I lost many games on Darius where I had atleast two kills out of lane and 30+ cs lead, but thats still not enough on Darius , since he is garbage tier post laning phase. Tanks will have better utility and engage than him, while other top lane fighters like Jax will straight up murder him 1 vs 1. Adc / midlaner will kite him to death.
