Banning phase in draft and ranked playlist

Someone seriously needs to take a look at this system and consider disabling the ability to ban a players declared champion. I've had more and more games lately where my own team is banning my pick because "it's not meta" or "their win rate is too low" and here's my favorite "I don't want you too". It gets even worse because there are some players who outright ban someones pick just to force a dodge so they don't have to do it themselves and I know i'm not the only one with this problem.

I've made a post about this before but come on it's getting old. I've had promo games thrown in low elo due to this, I've had norm matches ruined by it and it's getting old. You should not be able to ban someones declared pick it's just unsportsmanlike. [zombie-brand-facepalm]
