qss /cleanse changes to debuffs / how do they interacts with fizz ultimate now ?

so i got stomped on by a fizz pretty badly before, so i saw i was against a fizz this game, and decided,lets take cleanse, hoping it would deal with his ultimate, but i got stomped pretty much :^

so im now wondering whats the whole difference is between cleanse and qss , and how does it react on fizzs ult, both the shark and the slow durning the knockup
