Major Immediate Balances that needs to looked into for upcoming patches

Riot honestly, you literally gave me a slap in the face for this. You basically said that nerfing devourer would help water down the devourer/guinsoo champs but I honestly don't see a difference so far despite the nerfs to devourer and I already knew devourer wasn't the even the problem that needed to solve to create a healthy gameplay environment. Me and along with majority of the player base in League knows that Guinsoo is the problem that needs to be address in terms of nerfing bc playing a few rank games helped me proved that guinsoo is the big issue and nerfing devourer isn't the big deal except for giving devourer champs a bigger hastle by nerfing it which still haven't honestly made a slight difference bc devourer champs still clear camps around early to mid game as usual and the damage reduction is noticeable and all, but I still see champs like that is dependant on devourer and/or guinsoo's still having ridiculous positive performances as if the development team hasn't even touch anything dealing with these two items. And I believe the devel team knows that rageblade is op just as we as a community knows and honestly that is pretty disappointing to me that you haven't truly haven't took any true action towards this problem. Also regarding Lux nerfs, the devel team needs to look into that and take action on that also asap, because you said you are planning to look into some lux nerfs but where are they? and if you are going to nerf her, what are you gonna nerf? because I will be highly unsatisfied if you do something like nerf her mana cap at early lvls or whatever. You might as well give her the Talon treatment which is probably satisfying considering the fact you would nerf talon making harder matchup for him against a lux in that scenario which is pretty redundant, so if considering giving her the talon treatment would be fine. In the end, the team needs to honestly take action look into the obviously situations that most players know if you truly want this game to maintain a healthy enviroment
