1K true damage ultimate and a passive that gives him Mundo like healing? So much bull shit in 1 kit.
To get 1k true damage, one would need to first be the villain and then be missing -
2,900~ HP (Rank 1) 2,000~ HP (Rank 2) 1,200~ HP (Rank 3)
The needing to be the Villain part really cannot be overstated. If you are not the Villain, he is not doing True Damage to you with his ult.
So from the numbers, any squishy Villain he wants to ult at Ranks 1 or 2, they're already dead before he can pop the magically 1k True Damage bubble. And if it's rank 3, well then he just has a huge burst ult (on a specific target) not at all unlike Syndra or other burst mages. Oh, and his doesn't reset like Darius'.
And as for the passive, well that's pretty easy to turn off, does shite healing pre-16, and requires he be out of the fight to bring it back up. If your team can't kill Garen or capitalize on his absence, then you've got bigger problems than Round 2 with the big guy.
