He's a really insane late game monster but his early game is pretty meh due to his extreme cd on his legs. They also usually build tons of hp so bork or ldr are great. As for as using evelynn just camp him early on. He has no escape other than his really short ranged E. He won't be able to kill both as, once again, his legs cd is really long early on
