either give her mana or energy as a resource....would help a lot in balance of power, that or longer cds on her abilites or less base dmg on them....

She's fine where shes at. A majority of top laners dick on her if the player isn't good at her and lacks knowledge of how to play her. Which is a majority. If you lost to one and that's why you're asking for a nerf... maybe you shouldn't get outplayed.
