miss fortune "nerf" seems to have done effectively nothing
so they reduced her W attack speed boost by half a second and she feels completely the same to play. anyone else play mf frequently that can speak to this?

she didn't even need the nerf. she ain't that op. just because she is labelled adc doesn't mean she is automatically op. if that were true then a dozen champs would be adc when they aren't. but that beside the point.
it took her down nearly 2% on WR so i wouldnt say it didnt do anything however it definitely may not have been enough.
