He just has absolutely no ability to clear waves. Pretty much makes him useless. He can't even clear waves when not under pressure, so he can't roam cuz he's always shoved into tower, and his ability to get 1v1 kills is lower than other assassins with better waveclear. So he's a teamfighting assassin with no way to survive until the teamfight phase.
