Does riot troll specific accounts?

On my main it doesnt matter what I do or play my team will be outclassed. It might mean me vs a d5 in my solo lane, or the whole team loses OVER AND OVER AND OVER. I have been trying to play urf to get the quest done on my main but I legit cant win a game.

Now on my smurf my winrate is probably about 60% because you know, some games are unwinnable.... but then why on my main is it like 10%???
