this shit hard counters irelia no ? cuz even if you dodge the edge he still gets to stack conq and black cleaver whie lyou are busy jsut dodging the qs

Nope, other way around, since you can dodge every Q, due to Irelias Q mechanic, you will always exit the Q cast behind Aatrox, and thus behind his Q.

Aatrox’s second q cast has a hit box behind him but yeah Irelia hard counters aatrox

That's why Irelia is one of his worst matchups yeah? The hitbox behind him is for the non-sweetspot, which does pitiful damage and has no knockup. Even if it stacks conq, he doesnt have anything to do after burning his Q combo. Sorry to say, but you might just not be managing your Q properly as Irelia. Irelia is one of the most difficult matchups for Aatrox, traditionally, as she can reposition away from his Q sweet spots, and her sustain damage is significantly greater than his, in addition to being able to jump onto him to deny him his mid-range power.

And also his Q does barely any damage outside of the sweet spot, especially against Irelia. "Damn you hit me with that Q outside of the SP, damn it dealt 200 Damage..what am I supposed to do.. ye, press Q with my passive and outdmg you by far".

If you go into practice tool and use q2 opposite of a training dummy then it will still hit it, you don’t have to be super close to it either. For all his q’s the animation hit box is in front of him (including his third) but his second will still damage stuff behind him

Which is why I never play Aatrox into Irelia; it's an auto lose, and you can't escape her, even with flash and a dash.

I'll just play Morde, because he is a better champion than Aatrox.
