Can something be done about Mundo

It's really unfun and unfair that after a certain point of the game because of his health regen (which almost feels like a built in Warmog's, which is like whaaat) and that fact that most Mundo's build pretty tanky that he's basically unkillable, even with Grievous Wounds items??? (Plus he still deals a stupid amount of damage, even when again building mostly tanky????)

Can his health regen be nerfed or his damage maybe? Like he's just so unfun to play against.
