Inspiration tree should give no stats at all

The entire tree is broken because of what it gives. Klepto -Free gold Spellbook-CDR on summoners and the ability to change them to suit what is needed for the situation Glacial- Basically a mallet/rylais

So we have free gold across the board because otherwise the only way to get these things is to use your gold to buy items that do these things.

Stopwatch-Free 600 gold for those champs that builds zhonyas/stoneplate/GA. For those that dont its still sels for free gold after you use it....not to mention the possible gold you get from diving someone with it or denying gold from not dying because you have it.

Boots- Free gold AND cheaper upgrade to t2 boots

The last tree is whatever, but free cdr again is free power for not spending gold. Free health. Free vayne passive.

So where is the downside? if you build zhonyas/stoneplate/GA you get literally 950 gold for free just because you have this tree as secondary. What?Its especially broken on champions that rush zhonyas because you hit your spike way too fast. If The domination tree gave people free there would be outrage from all the one shots at level 3. If resolve was giving free there would be outrage because nobody could shove in tanks early anymore. FIX RITO PLZ.
