Q already costs 40 mana at all ranks...

Also for some annoying reason, they changed Q to be quickcast (karthus Q style, no range indicator like Ez Q), which personally screwed me up because I use quickcast with range indicators (with range indicators, quickcast casts abilities when you let go of the button rather than when you push down).
