I love but it sucks ass. It is actually a really fun support item to use when you are really ahead and looking to make more dives. There are some terrible flaws that prevent it from really being viable though. What I would do to make it more viable

Lower Item cost, and/or Extend duration of tower disable, and/or Make the stats it gives a bit higher, and Lower the cooldown of the active.
