you completly destroyed her, she used to be meh, but now shes god tier. Shes now a Utility Hyper carry, i played her before and you can almost 1v1 any adc with ur Q. atleast your nerfing her turret damage, she raped turrets faster than jinx. you should make her need 6 stacks to activate flurry imo.
