I'm running an AMD FX 8350, GTX980, and 16gb of 1866mhz ram, yet I only get around 90 fps in game on medium settings. I have a 144hz monitor and I used to get 144 fps on highest settings, and I even reset Windows to see if that will help me get more frames. I've tried turning off the Windows game bar thing as well, does anyone have any tips to get more frames?

CPU isn't failing, doesn't peak past 40% when League is open. Hard drive has no issues, I've ran the windows test to see if it had errors, video card is running fine I checked the clock speed and temps of it while playing a match. No overheating problems, the whole system never goes above 50c. I've done a fresh boot so nothing but Windows things are running and it still caused low frame rates.
