Low priority queue for afk?

So recently I got placed in a low priority queue for leaving games and being afk it told me, but the question I have about this is does it also recognize when I reconnect to the game? I've been fighting issues with my ISP causing me to DC and come back and on top of that my PC likes to freeze, every game it's caused me to AFK I'm pretty sure I've reconnected to, making this punishment a little unfair to me. I can't predict when my internet is going to cut out or if my computer is going to freeze that game or not. I can understand this punishment if I was staying out of the games but I'm not, I'm reconnecting when it (my internet or PC) will allow me to.

Whats really unfair is the fact that you, even tough you know you have a big chance of dc/freeze, decide to start a muliplayer game. just because you still have the need to play doesnt mean 4 other people have to deal with your bad connection.

In terms of reconnecting, I do think there is a bug with the system, unless this is how they'd intended it to work. Not too long ago, a friend of mine reconnected after temporarily losing power. We still won, but it considered it to be a loss for him as a result of the issue.

I haven't had that happen to me, but I agree there seems to be something missing when it comes to recognizing a reconnect.

I think you are getting confused. AFKing is still happening if you disconnect and then reconnect. The fact you got leaver buster means this happens to you consistently and not just for a quick second. You should seriously consider stopping trying to play until you fix your PC and internet issues. This is not a game to play if you cannot avoid crashes and disconnects. If you cannot fix these issues legit find a new game to play. It isn't RIOT's issue and it isn't fair to all potential future teammates you get.

Yoko is either not remembering correcting or it is an actual bug that has nothing to do with your situation.

I've contacted my ISP about it and they've since fixed the issue, and I can't figure out what's causing the system to freeze. Event viewer doesn't have any logs for it. I understand I am going afk for just a little bit but I can't predict if it's going to happen today or not.

That isn't a bug. If you disconnect/afk for any reason (not sure if the length of time matters), it is considered a loss for the person who disconnected, regardless the outcome of the game.

That seems incredibly unfair. I can understand the reason behind it, but that's a bit too much.

I think the idea is, the other nine players deserve for you to do some testing and troubleshooting to figure out why you keep losing internet or freezing up.

It's great that you're returning to your games as often as possible, but your absence is still a critical problem for however long that takes. I'm sure you've attempted to reconnect to several games, only to realize that they were already over.
