Rubick isn't tanky, also he can only steal the last spell used. He has to outplay to steal most good ults. Sylas is just "lol i have your ult".

I think he is definitely cool, but he has a very non-carry ult yet just runs around spamming spells and kicking butt. Weird champ in terms of his fit, which seems to be just kicking your butt all game. He should have to earn his shield and heal through getting items, and/or play around his very unique ult. Depth is way more fun than running around mindlessly spamming imo.

Seems a better fit for Super Smash Bros than League.
