42.97% win rate in high elo with a 0.27 play rate. He's borderline useless if you're platinum and above. I suggest he needs some courtesy buffs or some kind of small rework to make him actually playable. Even in Bronze he's still far below the 50% line, he could even be considered apart of the forgotten adc's group

He plays kinda like Ezreal but might as well play Ezreal if you want skill shots. He has no back story. His character isn't that interesting, the theme is cool but it's not fleshed out enough.

They should just re-balance him to be a mid laner tbh. Hasn't been played properly bot lane for too long now.
