Next free champion rotation, please have Hecarim in it! and more thought added...

Hecarim has not been in the free champ rotation in 5 months, and i'm not sure if i want to get him as if it is worth 4800 ip, and maybe the elderwood skin along with him (if it gets on sale XD) so, I want to get a feel for him.

I've been reading many backstories and lore for many characters, and his is so short, I would want to learn more about some of these backgrounds and i'm sure I don't stand alone.
