The Normals match making

I'm gonna stand on a soap box for a moment. i am bronze 4 and i always play with my friends who are b5, never been ranked or aren't even lv 30. when we load into a lobby we get on our team other Bronze 5's, 4's or 3's and the enemy team has silvers, or golds with there bronze scrubs but because me and my friends are not very good we lose a lot because we feed against the players with a better understanding of the game or champion. It's just frustrating and makes the game not fun when 80% of my matches are pub stomps. Is anyone else having these troubles?
