Zed needs a new skin.
Zed 
has a total of 2 skins with only 1 being available for purchase he really could use another suit to strut his stuff on summoners rift.

-Shurima Ascendant Zed (Sandy shadows)
-Arclight Zed (Lights instead of shadows)
-Jester Zed, and which focuses on making his spammed-laugh look even sillier.
-Emperor Zed, and his blade looks like a customized weapon from the new Star Wars.
-Infernal/Frozen Terror/Ruinstone Zed, and his shadows change to [elemental material 1-3]
-Bloodstone Zed, with dark red shadows, and a full bloodstone-crested outfit.
-Woad Zed, Make him look like a Freljordian nomad
-Void Zed, Purple Shadows
-Spectree Zed, with Kalista-esque green shadows
-Aristocrat Zed, similar style as Aris. Vayne
-Bonescythe Zed, cream-white armor with boneclaws.
-Vandal Zed
-Mafia Zed
The list keeps going...

I think the skin Zed needs is Head-Hunter Zed
I mean like come on, HE LITERALLY CHOPS OFF HIS MASTER'S HEAD IF THAT'S NOT ENOUGH REASON THEN IDK WHAT IS
And he is a badass blood-thirsty ninja so it would really suit him to have this Predator looking skin
