Let's talk about Annie and Yasuo

Annie is literal death to yasuo. So sure she has here stun and here w and r go through yasuo's wall whatever, that's to be expected. But say that annie got here 4th proc on her stun and choose q and then throw it, if yas was smart to windwall it guess what. It doesn't reset her stun so she can just be like what ever you wind walled that 1 ability but i dont need any down time because i can just engage now with something else and still stun you. IDK if this is a bug but if this is intentional its broken and frustrating to have no counter play to such a simplistic champion when your playing a champion with a "10/10" difficulty and you can't prove your worth.
