Is this reportable?

Just played a game where a premade bot of Blitz supp/thresh adc really annoyed me the entire games.

I am Xin, I catch enemies off guard and get them to 5% hp on my own, they come over and last hit for the kill. Every jungle camp I am near to they last hit them and take the gold. They kept stealing everything off me and when I asked why they said "fun".

It's really annoying but I know if I afk'd or feed (like I want to, so they lose) I will get reported and banned.

Can I report them for this?

EDIT - Sounds like I feed or afk whenever I get annoyed, this is not the case I have never done either of those intentionally, it's just what I feel like doing :)
