The Finest Spaghetti Code Riot has to offer

As a kindred OTP and a decent human being, I find this spaghetti revolting.

I've tried it on many other things.

How it works is that it does a check to see if the enemy champion is low enough when he cast it. If they die, spell shield, or block it with anything, it gets reset. Sivir can therefore not block it. I'm sure it will get patched later on but its still entertaining.
