Sej is a problem i dont like her passive is to strong !?!

Ok a couple of games i seen sej in blink and even in draft and OMG sej passive is to much 200 is insane for a lvl 1 i mean who was thinking of that the passive need a change because that is to strong her kit is fine just her passive need some changes because that is to strong for comfort.
