Is anyone having a bug with your friends list is just 1 champion or skin i cant tell if its a bug

So after realizing something i was looking at my friends name and all of a sudden i see all of my friends with the same champion or skins like for example i have rakan as my profile background or ssg rakan is this a bug or just part of the game ?
