i main eve and sadly your right with all These unkillabel tanks with Point and click cc it's just nearly impossible to Play her against that i hope her rework will fix some Things.

You are not supposed to kill the tanks.... if you are trying you are playing evelynn wrong. This is why you have a both last whisper adc.

As evelynn you flank maim and run. And run some more. Engage run engage run. And only engage after E comes back of cooldown.

As evelynn you stalk and pick off. In a teamfights just scout around. Mispositioned squishy? => dead squishy and run.

Not to say evelynn can't kill tanks. If enemy has 3+ tanks and you have no adc you just build bloodrazor, lord dominics, void staff and do so much %hp damage they die asap. 25%hp from ultimate and 12% from aa+E reset. A few auto later they die.

The main strength of eve is you can build whatever you want. If it says damage on the tin you buy. And after 2-3 damage items you can build resists. They have a vayne? Frozen heart. They have a Vladimir? Executioner calling.

You can also troll around with onhit builds but I really don't advice since you sacrifice early very harshly for this.
