Shaco disabled for Ascension

Why is Shaco disabled for Ascension this time around? I know last time it was due to a bug.

Bump for this thread. It's been 3 ascension weekends in a row. Almost 3 months now!! I never post on forums but I came here because I'm desperate for an answer.
