shen and tahm

they are both supports with a global ult

shen's should be updated to have a warning ping like tahm's

also, I noiticed that tahm is the first champion with "save an ally" capabilities AND a global ult. it's possible this gives him "niche strenght" that isn't really OP except for its uniqueness, meaning that it's something that might need to be nerfed until there is someone who counters it? not a "too powerful" nerf but a "too unique" nerf does that make sense? IDK it's just a thought.
