tribute (for vision quest)

can we get a cap on the slow needed for tribute to work for the times the adc decides to just up and quit so your forced to take bottom by yourself? its kinda hard to finish your vision quest unless you intentionaly just stop farming when you adc leaves. went about 50 minutes into a game and couldnt finish my vision cause of this. just saying a cap would be AWESOME.....
