Fix Tower Diving
i had a mundo with spirit visage
and sunfire
literally heal through a tower beating on him. never mind me attacking him.
there is no way a hero should be able to take that many hits, make the turrets actually do something to tanks, and make tower diving an actual risk for most tanks, regardless if they have a heal or not, increasing hp% depending on how far into territory you are or something. no champion should be able to out heal a turret with just spirit visage..... no matter who they are. something like a set 25%-35% true damage or faster fire rate with a set true damage... it would definitely fix a 1man snowball in top lanes, and prevent uncoordinated dives. make turrets USEFULL. i know bottom lane suffers as well from not being able to even sit under a tower sometimes. and make
ohmrecker an option again...
