That's only 15 out of 139 champions in League. That's like...10.7% of the champion pool, and these champions aren't even inherently broken. Therefore, not a big deal.

10% is too high, 5% is too high. League is a game about mechanical outplays. Reacting faster than your opponent, thinking smarter than your opponent. Outpositioning, dodging skillshots while landing your own, warding, map awareness, minion management. Not a single champion in this game, should be able to obliterate a duel after missing with most of their kit with a single press of a button. Nobody should be several kills down, feeding profusely, and be able to headbutt the R key, sending their keyboard flying across the room, but it doesn't matter because they don't need it, they did what they had to do, they pressed R.

Also, the R key is called the "ultimate" for a reason.

That doesn't mean it should be able to absolutely dominate without setup. To on its own, even if all other abilities are missed, obliterate a fight that should rightly be lossed. These ults have little to no counterplay, and require little to no skill to execute. Some don't even require you to aim them. This makes them incredibly frustrating to play against because even if you outplay them completely, SMASH them in lane, and dodge every ability they throw, is still gonna ult you for 75% of your hp with a point and click spell.

I'm more of a, my ultimate is part of a combo and needs to be set-up, chained together with my team to be effective. I shouldn't be able to win a teamfight with a single button press. I should have to land a skillshot, outposition my opponents, outthink my opponents, react faster than my opponents. Someone shouldn't be able to miss everything in their kit and come back from a fight they have lost by every right with a single button press.
