No old simple female champs get reworked, why?

I mean is about old and simple as they come and not a peep on her ever getting a more "modern kit," and there are others. It seems non-hardcore males are being driven out of the game: (not to mention I played all those champs A LOT before their reworks besides Irelia). Like I am all for a good game and those matches take energy, but I have little desire to spend the extra fuel to be ultra micro focused if I do not have to be. I am content and have fun picking well, playing well, and lessening the load to help the team win. A lot of gamers that play a lot but do not count LoL as something that defines themselves and see little prospective fun in repeated 1v1 carry battles. The evidence that this is true is the game's playerbase is shrinking. The Panth work does look good but some people who played him before will not play him anymore, and new players are not joining the game, so most players of Panth will just be switching from another champ. So overtime it will be a net loss despite its apparent quality.
