Yasuo ult and Qss

Now, Recently Riot has made a change to Qss focusing it more around CC rather than removing damage. Ex, Zed ult fizz ult. I do have to ask why has this change not be implemented to Yasuo's Ult. Its considered a suspension so it can be Qss'd as a cc spell. That also cancels the damage, which is very detrimental to a yasuo player. It is really degrading knowing that Qss has been changed to specifically be used on cc. However, in the case of Yasuo's ult its canceling a ton of his burst. Also I would like to ask why does Qss active have a 120 sec cd? Like it feels way to long since the huge nerf to the item a while back.
