Deathfire touch is dead for ADC's
Soooo where to begin, how about that's Jhin's winrate dropped by 3.5% just with the deathfire nerf. Also MF and varus both dropped by 6%, atho they had nerfs come along with the patch. Now yes Deathfire was a very effective keystone on these marksmen, however Riot's claim, and this is where I really hope someone from riot response is. "Deathfire in lane is to oppressive" I mean, no it's not. Like in the first 10 minutes of the game you might have 50 bonus ad So with a 60% ratio that's 30 damage, but that's reduced by MR let's say they somehow only have 20% reduction to that damage. Sooo yea, 24 damage that's so much damage, that's so oppressive. But Varus' Q is AOE so it's only half effective, so yea 12 damage thats a lot. Now late game yes deathfire is a very strong keystone, however it's just not worth taking anymore. The risk with Deathfire touch was giving up your early game to have a great mid game and late game, however now there is no point to taking it in comparison to other keystones. Ok soo next patch Warlords is getting changed, "Heal for 5-40% of your Total AD" Sooo what do I want like 210 extra damage on deathfire as Jhin. Or like a 300 health heal, hmmm oh wait heal can be reduced by grievous wounds oh wait it's still 150 without considering I probably have a healing item, lets say a blood thirster oh hi I still heal for 210 on an auto oh wow that's the same damage deathfire would do. But if I don't have grievous wounds on i heal for 420 HEALTH. Ok so would you rather, heal for a quarter of your life every 10 seconds, or have 210 damage every 7 seconds which isnt even reliable. Guaranteed 420 or 210 heal, or a maybe 210 damage.
Ill take the heal every time, anyways, deathfire is dead.
