Since we all know champs have good and bad match ups going a week where you intentionally pick the worst champ into your lane learn to play around the weakness of your champ if you learn to thrive in that environment I can assure you you'll do amazing when not in that match up. Why you learn how to play when utterly behind and unable to really contribute in obvious ways.

Eh. Playing into a losing scenario again and again just demotivates you.

The best way, imo, is to play the champion you struggle against most again and again until you start losing. That's the easiest way to learn their weaknesses.

Your best winrate is always against your main, because they'll never know the matchup as well as you will.

If you really want to get good at league, learn to use minions to your advantage and work around them.
