D4 and up MMR still ridiculous.

While I was greatly appreciative of the changes to the D5 MMR curve, it's blatantly apparent that the problem did no disappear. Instead, it seems to have just become a problem for D4 and D3 (and probably D2-D1 as well). Can others confirm or deny this? Thoughts or opinions?
