Ok so Thresh can't buy Hurricane because it is ranged only.....However he only gets one stack on guisoo per auto attack..... Consistency

so when did they nerf thresh ... his chain was always counted as a ranged attack i dont recall reading that it had changed owell just get rh then

He is a ranged melee.

Runaan's simply wouldn't make sense, since he isn't firing projectiles.

Guinsoo's doesn't stack more than once per auto anyway.

Melee according to the tool-tip should get two stacks. While I don't dispute that he prolly should not get Runaans I have a problem with inconsistencies.

newUNIQUE PASSIVE : Basic attacks grant +8% Attack Speed, +3 Attack Damage, and +4 Ability Power for 5 seconds (stacks up to 8 times, melee attacks grant 2 stacks). While you have 8 stacks, gain Guinsoo's Rage

Well damn.

Guinsoo's is still my favorite item then.

As for Thresh, I assume that the reason he can't gain two stacks per auto is the same reason he can't proc face of the mountain's execute. He is effectively ranged, even though he uses melee style attacks, and being able to benefit from both would be unfair, so he can have longer than average range at the cost of not applying melee only effects.

If he is effectively ranged then he should be able to buy Runaan's.

I don't really care which one he gets but for consistency they either need to give him 2 stacks on guinsoo or let him buy runaans.. Having one champion who gets punished... esp one who is nothing more then a support... Just kinda seems wrong even if I could get over the lack of consistency.

Also Guisoo is massive wave clear.....If you get it to 8 stacks that aoe clear...... I love it kog loves it teemo loves it....

Also did you know that a item 3146 heals off the aoe....
