If you smite your krugs and kill them before your leashers can get out of exp range please don't blame us for you not hitting lvl 2............

Junglers **will **blame the laners since they lost their exp to lvl 2. If laners leave exp range than this wouldn't be a problem.

Ive seen this so many times where idiot players keep hitting my golem when its super low so i cant smite it. Its honestly on the laners. I never hit the creep past half when I do play bot so I never have a problem with it unless im jungling. Players allllways stand there and hit it too long so I end up taking more damage most cancerous thing.

Tip it is your fault dont leashe that much its common sense.

That can really depend on the situation.

If the jungler starts the camp using smite (to reduce the damage they take) and the laners stay too long when it is obviously low, then that is the laner's fault.

If the jungle smites the camp to kill it while the laners are still within experience range, then that is the jungler's fault.

If the jungler wants to save smite to finish the camp (to prevent an enemy from stealing it and to get the buff) but the laners stay until the camp is dead, then that is the laner's fault. If they stay that long, the jungler is taking unnecessary damage waiting for them to leave so that he can get the needed buff.
