Im worried about the current testing SHyvanna passive.. having a passive that gives bonus stats off of the dragons killed is a cool/neat thing, but it would be a balancing nightmare. you can't setup a proper buildpath for her because "well you MAY get 15% cdr or you could get 0 cdr" or "why did i take 500 true damage from shyvanna?" Like its a really cool passive but it just sounds like a nightmare to balance.

In all seriousness If you take 500 true damage, I'd be more worried about the 5000 damage you took in the process.

That would put her completely over the line of "balancing nightmare" to "balancing despair inducing terror"

It doesn't matter. It will completely break her and make her pick or ban. Enemy got a fire drag and your team is too far behind to be able to contest at any point? Deny them the snowballing power of another fire drag for the whole game. If you're way too ahead for the enemy team to be able to reasonably contest, that's pretty much guaranteed stacks to Shyv.

As long as her passive is RNG dependent Shyvana will be trash, worse than a broken perma-ban.
