What's up with Zoe?

So, why does Zoe still have such short cooldowns and an ability that increases damage by funtabulous amounts? I hope you guys at riot have a nerf planned for her, either the cooldown of her sleep, the bonus ap on sleeping targets, or a significant cooldown increase. I'm trying really hard not to just yell all of this. Zoe has almost no downsides to anything; she has extremely high mobility, a ridiculous bonus ap damage on sleep, an ability to make that same ability GO EVEN FARTHER, an ult that's supposed to be up MULTIPLE TIMES in team fights, and... well her Q is fine. So is her W.

Nobody else that I can think of has a stun THAT long that provides THAT much damage potential from the caster besides maybe 1. Annie, who has terrible mobility, and 2. Malzahar who is also a bit broken but has to have his ult up to 1-shot you typically. Morgana? Virtually no damage output after Q. Riven? Stun is just to make sure they don't get away while she's AA'ing them.

Please fix this champion that can one-shot anyone whenever she wants as long as there aren't more than 3 of the enemy team on her. Please, please fix her.
