Make Yi Skill-Expressive and Add Counterplay

I'm sick and tired of seeing every single Master Yi getting multiple quad kills every game. There isn't any counterplay to this champ short of a full tank team... Oh wait, he shreds tanks too.

There's nothing you can do to kill this guy short of perma-stunning him, and that doesn't even work when he's got R going for him. You can't outrun him, you can't dodge him, can't flash away, nothing.
