Brand deserves a 2 sec stun

Having to hit a combo for a measly 1.5 seconds stun feels bad on Brand. Using either E>Q (which means you have to get really close), or W>Q (which means you have to hit two slow skill shots, and you give up your primary damage move in the fact that you don't get the amplified damage on W). Xerath, Ahri, Anivia and others have a straight up stun, and at the same amount damage as Brand's Q. Given it's his only source of CC, it just feels lacking.

I respect that his passive is combo focused nowadays, but having his stun combo focused for such a short stun feels lacking (heaven forbid they don't have tenacity).
