More Whining About Elise
Justified whining, but all the same.
Weaknesses: Pitiful AP Ratios Mana Starved after a single gank Oddly squishy Still slower than most champs Her gap closer leaves a half-second gap due to the slow animation Spiderlings die instantly Long cooldowns on most spells
Strengths: % HP damage ranged attack % HP damage finisher Spiderlings do a surprising amount of damage Skillshot Stun
...and that's about where she stands right now. Comparing her to the rest of the champs, I'd say Nidalee is most similar, with her "Human setup, manaless ult form finisher." Except Elise lacks any real power in her setup (whereas Nidalee can chunk a carry by 1/2 their HP in a single hit) and has only one chance to use her finisher. Nidalee can endlessly Pounce toward and away, Elise has a ridiculous cooldown on her Rappel. All 3 of Nidalee's Cougar abilities are damaging, powerful moves. Elise's execute is her only heavy-impact move. She has a buff that gives her a tiny heal with each attack along with some attack speed and a gap closer with a ridiculous cooldown that does not do damage and takes a full second to perform.
