Is balance a thing anymore?!

Just kinda confused as to how player skill has no effect on the game anymore, I've gone against every champion in the game and I can honestly say that maybe 40% of them are actually fair and balanced. That being said it is pretty clear to see that champions win games rather than player skill and knowledge. I try to avoid playing as broken champions such as because I do not need free wins, and also it feels great to win against these champions, although if i played any of these champions it would require 0 effort to single-handedly carry games. But the thing that gets me is that players now-a-days stick to this incredibly broken meta which unfortunately results in free wins because they pick a champion such as and they go full retard and somehow end up victorious. I have seen many of these broken champions played in many different ways, whether the player is Challenger or Bronze, there is no such thing as being a skilled player when you pick these broken champions.

Solution: I don't think any of these champions need a rework or anything, but significant nerfs should be in place for them, if Riot is smart they will message me and I will tell them what they need to do to make the game fair and balanced, as all things should be.
